Job summary

Target in the United States is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through a high-energy, style-focused shopping experience. You will work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, assisting guests with sizes, styles, and colors while keeping the floor visually appealing.

This role requires physical stamina for a fast-paced environment, flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and strong teamwork and communication with store teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising.
