Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests with fashion and fit on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will ensure the floor is guest-ready with accurate pricing, signage, and organized merchandise.

The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, strong guest service, and knowledge of apparel trends. You’ll participate in visual merchandising, assist with store operations, and support guest services while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering a guest-ready floor and visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the floor and backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides for the guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority fills and replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations to reflect current fashion trends and sell-through.
• Support price changes and signage accuracy on the floor.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming and helpful space for guests.
• Assist with guest services like back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up; comply with safety policies.
