Job summary

Ann Taylor Oceanside is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, greeting customers and offering personalized styling recommendations while keeping merchandise organized for a premium shopping experience.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences, drive store performance, and uphold brand standards across the store using available tools to support omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
