Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to be the ultimate brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling. You’ll help keep the store polished and well-organized, ready to impress at every visit.

In this regular/part-time role, you’ll collaborate with the team to deliver personalized experiences and support a welcoming, omnichannel environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred) but not required
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.
• Keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor.
