Job summary

Equinox Glendale is seeking energetic Style Advisors to provide an unparalleled customer experience at our Glendale shop. You will work under the Shop MOD, driving sales while upholding brand standards, product knowledge, and service quality across all club and shop offerings.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience in retail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward operations, merchandising, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business

Responsibilities

• Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal).
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Assist Shop MOD with timely/accurate completion of assigned operational tasks.
