Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Style Advisor for our new Equinox Club in Pasadena. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and upholding brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

You will work with the Shop MOD on business strategy, manage merchandising, and participate in a collaborative team that values excellence, accountability, and high standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business; retail preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work a varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and deliver an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Ensure The Shop reflects brand standards through merchandising and presentation; maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Build relationships with teammates and guests; communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
