Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Style Advisors to join our Santa Monica team. You will deliver a total and unparalleled customer experience to visitors, take direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy, and assist with operational tasks to ensure productivity and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, maintaining knowledge of services, and upholding brand standards through merchandising and presentation. Prior retail/customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience for visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs, and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies and complete operational tasks on time.
• Support merchandising and ensure The Shop reflects brand standards.
