Job summary

Equinox Hudson Yards is seeking a part-time Style Advisor to deliver a premium customer experience in The Shop and club environment. The role reports to the Shop MOD and supports sales, service, and operational tasks while upholding brand standards.

You will drive customer engagement, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth store operations. The position offers competitive pay with incentives and club privileges.

Qualifications

• The ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies on a consistent basis.
• Assist with merchandising and ensure The Shop reflects brand standards and keeps excellent housekeeping on sales floors.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients, and communicate clearly at all levels.
