Equinox Franklin Street is seeking an energetic Style Advisor to deliver a total and unparalleled customer experience for visitors to The Shop and Equinox. You will take direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining knowledge of services and products, upholding brand standards, keeping the shop orderly, and building strong relationships across teams to support a premium wellness

Qualifications

• Experience working in retail or service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Assist with merchandising and brand standards to reflect The Shop.
• Keep sales floors, cash wraps and stockrooms clean and organized.
