Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Style Advisors for its Westchester locations to deliver a premium customer experience and uphold the brand. You will work with the Shop team to drive sales, learn all services, and maintain store standards in a luxury environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to merchandising and dress code, with opportunities for growth and club benefits. Compensation includes hourly pay and perks.

Qualifications

• The ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals as an individual contributor.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies on a consistent basis.
• Understand and apply training materials; assist with timely/accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks.
• Support brand standards through merchandising and dress code adherence.
• Maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms.
