Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative Style Advisors to join our New York City locations. You will deliver an unparalleled customer experience to visitors, work under the Shop MOD, and help with daily operations and strategic store activities.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, maintaining knowledge of services and products, and ensuring proper presentation and housekeeping of the shop. A customer-focused mindset and ability to work a varied schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably retail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varied retail hours

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to store targets
• Maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs and products
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies
• Assist merchandising and marketing directions and maintain shop presentation
• Keep sales floors, cash wraps and stockrooms clean and organized
