LOFT in Wichita, KS is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, offering personalized styling while keeping the sales floor organized and inviting. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

This role requires a hospitality mindset, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a proficient use of the POS system to support omnichannel service and promotions.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and an inviting environment on the sales floor.
• Support our omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools to stay informed on promotions and priorities.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
