Job summary

LOFT in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Sales Associate who will act as a brand ambassador, connect with customers, and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll help keep the store visually inviting and well organized, reflecting LOFT’s service standards.

You’ll collaborate with team members to deliver personalized customer experiences and support our inviting environment on the sales floor, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
