Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join our team at the new Equinox Club in Bloomfield Hills. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will drive guest engagement, showcase products, and support a premium lifestyle experience.

You will provide total customer experiences to all visitors, take direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy, and help with timely operational tasks while maintaining brand compliance and polished presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Ability to take direction.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Responsibilities

• SALES & SERVICE: Achieve monthly sales goals and ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies and assist with timely completion of operational tasks.
• PRODUCT & PRESENTATION: Ensure Shop reflects brand standards and maintain housekeeping and organization on sales floors and stockrooms.
• PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION: Build relationships, communicate effectively, and support company initiatives.
