Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist who will help customers express their personal style and incorporate Kate Spade products into their wardrobe. You will greet guests warmly, share styling ideas, and guide purchase decisions while showcasing the brand across handbags, apparel, jewelry, and more.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and collaboration with the team to ensure an outstanding in-store experience during busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high‑traffic retail days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Styling: Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge. Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks. Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Sales & Business Acumen: Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling. Maintain brand knowledge and stockroom/ POS operations.
