LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the floor, creating authentic connections and guiding customers with personalized styling. You’ll keep the store organized and visually appealing while delivering a seamless experience across channels.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to exceed daily goals, utilize available tools for omnichannel service, and maintain high customer satisfaction through attentive, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with point‑of‑sale systems and technology used on the sales floor.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions to help customers.
