Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, guiding customers through a personalized shopping journey with styling recommendations and ensuring the store stays inviting and well-organized.

You will collaborate with teammates to deliver memorable customer experiences, uphold visual and service standards, and use available tools to provide a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities
