LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll keep the store visually appealing and well-organized, ready to impress guests, while collaborating with the team to create memorable experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll bring a hospitality mindset, strong customer focus, and tech proficiency to operate the POS system and stay informed on priorities and promotions.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
