Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in cheerleading, gymnastics, all-star cheer, or dance coaching or administration preferred.
• Professionally interacts with students, staff and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily coaching and organize/implement a recruiting and retention plan.
• Possibly supervise student coaches or managers.
• Support the strength and conditioning program.
• Represent the program per department, college policies and athletic associations.
• Perform other admin duties, including event management support for other sports when not in season.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
