Job summary

Altasciences Preclinical Columbia LLC in Everett, WA is seeking a Study Supervisor to oversee studies, procedures and research assignments, coordinate duties of study personnel and teams, and assist with sample and data collection for GLP studies.

You will ensure trained staff, prepare supplies and forms, perform and train on animal procedures, monitor study progress, and contribute to SOPs while maintaining compliance with GLP and animal welfare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• LATG certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studies, procedures and assignments; coordinate staff and study teams.
• Train staff on animal procedures and SOPs; ensure GLP compliance.
• Monitor study progress and adherence to timelines.
• Develop, review and revise SOPs related to animals and facility issues.
• Record and manage data and sample collection; ensure data quality.
• Manage equipment and monitor GLP-compliant operation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper animal housing.
