Worcester State University is seeking a Study Hall Monitor (Work Study) to supervise student-athlete study halls and assist with guiding students to campus resources. Position is non-supervisory, 4-6 hours per week, available to WSU students only, with an hourly rate of $15.00.
Responsibilities include monitoring behavior in study halls, mentoring students, and signing in/out with Accutrack. Prior knowledge of Accutrack is not required.

General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitor behavior and enforce the rules in student-athlete study halls (low music only with headphones, no tutoring, no talking, etc.). Assist the student-athlete by mentoring and answering questions about where campus resources can be found to receive tutoring, advising, etc. Monitors will need to sign students in and out with Accutrack computer program (no prior knowledge of this program is necessary).
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimal sports knowledge, strong communication skills, desire to work in a team environment, minimum 3.0 GPA, and ability to supervise behavior of student-athletes.
