• Maintain accurate student onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Develop and execute detailed program itineraries with faculty and partners.
• Monitor budget and reporting for each program.
• Ensure program materials are up to date and emergency contacts documented.
• Coordinate with faculty, partners, and external vendors for logistics and support.
• Lead post‑program debriefs and assessment to inform future design.
