Christopher Newport University seeks a Coordinator for Study Abroad Financial Operations and Advising to manage student payments, budgets, and scholarship processes. You will work with study abroad staff, faculty leaders, and the financial office to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursements, and compliant financial controls.

This role supports student advising and program administration. Responsibilities include coordinating with financial aid, processing payments, and monitoring budgets

Responsabilidades

• Assist faculty with travel logistics and payments, including preapproval and reconciliation of expenses.
• Meet with faculty predeparture to discuss on-site payments and remaining budget.
• Record expenses and maintain program budgets with faculty leaders.
• Coordinate with the business office for invoices and payments via card, wire, or check.
• Assist Director with Faculty Travel Grant awards and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with financial aid to award scholarships and assist students.
