Job summary

STUDIO V Architecture in New York City is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and production of construction documents for a range of projects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in creative architectural firms, a 5-year B.Arch or M.Arch, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and expert knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Procore. You will manage schedules and budgets, ensure code compliance, and collaborate across disciplines in a studio that values innovative urban design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years work experience in creative firms for architecture and urban planning.
• 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree / Master of Architecture degree a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills to produce sets and maintain project schedule and budget
• Experience with all phases of a project – concept through construction administration with focus on construction documents and construction administration
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task
• Ability to build relationship with clients, manage project expectations and problem solve
• Strong command of NYC building codes, zoning regulations
• Technical proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, Procore
