Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Security Officer in Burbank, CA to protect employees and property across the Main Lot, Ranch, and off‑lot facilities. You will manage visitor access, conduct vehicle and item searches, and report incidents as part of a dynamic security team.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of security experience, a Guard Card, a valid California driver’s license, and flexibility to work at least 3 days per week including weekends. Union membership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security officer experience in a corporate/office environment.
• Guard Card required.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License and a safe driving record for at least 6 months.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule (minimum 3 days a week, with one day on Saturday or Sunday).
• Must join union (Studio Security and Fire Association) and adhere to union requirements and fees.
• May drive between facilities using company vehicles as assigned.
• Position requires physical exertion such as cycling, walking/standing, stairs, lifting up to 50+ lbs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Protect and serve all employees and visitors and safeguard Company property.
• Guard assignments include gates, offices, events, and off‑lot facilities as required.
• Issue visitor passes, conduct searches, monitor traffic, and write incident reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
