Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for part-time hours to grow our member base and deliver an outstanding studio experience. You will drive memberships, support members, and promote BODYBAR’s vibe alongside a fun, motivated team.

Responsibilities include owning the sales process, building relationships, hitting daily goals, and representing the brand at local events. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Positive, high energy attitude and personality.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
