Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll greet guests, lead consultations, educate on services and memberships, and drive growth through thoughtful upsells.

This full-time, hourly role blends hospitality with sales and studio operations. You’ll manage front desk tasks, schedule appointments, maintain guest records, and partner with clinicians to ensure a seamless, premium

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics or guest-facing role
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Excellent communication and a friendly outgoing personality

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Lead consultations to understand guest goals and guide treatment recommendations
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail and financing options
• Drive studio performance through membership and package sales, rebooking and guest retention
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to build loyalty and book appointments
• Run front desk tasks: scheduling, check-in/out, phones, and payments
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM
• Support events, promotions and local marketing efforts
• Keep the studio clean, organized and guest-ready

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll be the first smile guests see and the trusted guide who helps them find the right path to looking and feeling their best.

This is far more than a front desk role. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build real relationships, deliver a premium experience, and help guests start (and stay on) personalized treatment plans, all while driving growth for the studio.

Job Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: Starting hourly rate $20+ based on experience with bonus structure increasing earning potential

What You Bring

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing setting
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software
• Organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
