Job summary

Slash Financial is seeking a Senior Video Editor to own the craft of customer case studies, sit-down interviews, and product demos with a studio-grade finish. The role blends shooting and editing, requiring a strong portfolio, sharp pacing, and cinematic color work in DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio of larger, high-quality projects.
Excellent instincts for pacing, storytelling, and audio.
Experience in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; willingness to edit in Resolve for color/team work.
Ability to take a project from footage to finish with minimal hand-holding.
Ability to shoot on location or in studio when needed.

Responsibilities

Edit customer case studies, sit-down interviews, and product demos into polished, story-driven films.
Own post-production end to end: assembly, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color.
Shoot when needed, on location and in studio, as a hybrid shooter-editor.
Color grade footage to a clean, cinematic standard inside DaVinci Resolve.
Collaborate on creative direction and bring your own ideas, not just execute a brief.
