About The Role:

The Crowd is partnering with a top-tier and highly sought-after design firm, known for its noteworthy projects in the luxury hospitality and residential space. This internationally renowned mid-sized company is seeking a dynamic Studio/Project Coordinator to join their social and welcoming team in New York.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to support high-level creative teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and project teams to ensure day-to-day operations and project logistics run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams with a range of admin tasks - including organizing presentations and tracking project documentation
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, flagging updates or shifts to internal teams and helping to maintain timelines
  • Coordinate communications between clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep everything moving forward
  • Assist with travel planning, meeting scheduling, and expense tracking for key studio leaders

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting project/studio admin within the interior design or architecture industry
  • Familiarity with financial/project tracking software - Deltek experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines
  • Professional, friendly communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
