PROJECT / PLANNING COORDINATOR (remote from NYC and surrounding areas)

ARC Group seeks a Project Coordinator for a direct client. This is a remote position but requires residency in NY or surrounding areas. The Crew / Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with one of the largest global shipping companies involved with the Empire Wind project. Join our client's team and play a critical role in staffing vessels with qualified crew members, making a tangible impact on the maritime industry.

Project / Planning Coordinator Duties

• Manage crew hiring, travel, and logistics in collaboration with the crewing department
• Procure and manage local hotels, shuttles, and catering for crew members
• Coordinate local services as required by the client
• Communicate with crew vessels and tugs under the direction of Marine Ops Manager

Project / Planning Coordinator Requirements

• Work 12-hour days, sometimes 7 days a week during travel, with rotating schedules as needed
• Remote position with occasional travel to onshore sites and hotels during key events
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with marine crewing operations is helpful but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergency crew requests
