Qualifications

• Experience producing production-ready files for print and digital deliverables.
• Knowledge of CMYK vs RGB, bleeds, safety, and printer requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with organized, repeatable workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize production-ready files for print, OOH, digital, and social.
• Handle pre-press tasks: bleeds, crops, color profiles, imposition, printer specs.
• Version, resize, and adapt designs across formats and specs.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements for print and digital.
• Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and versions.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure on-brand work.
• Perform quality control checks on files before release.
• Problem-solve with vendors and internal teams when specs change.
