Job summary

Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota, FL seeks a Graphic Design and Digital Media Associate to design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms, ensuring on-brand, polished assets that align with the organization’s visual identity.

Working with the Director of Marketing, you will create posters, playbills, brochures, ads, and digital assets, coordinate print production, and help shape season artwork while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio with print and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials for print and digital use.
• Create posters, banners, flyers, playbills, brochures, and donor materials.
• Develop in-house signage and collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors.
• Support photo/video shoots and edit assets for consistency.
