Job summary

Paycom Online in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Studio Administrator to design, set up, run, and schedule production studios; provide technical assistance during productions and events; and ensure studio policies are followed.

You will schedule production suites, assist with setup and operation during shoots and webcasts, troubleshoot equipment, read diagrams, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining inventory and tickets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of production experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with video production equipment and rooms.
• Ability to read room diagrams and signal flow charts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule video production suites for approved users.
• Assist setup and operation during shoots, webcasts, and audio recording.
• Troubleshoot studio equipment and identify solutions.
• Read diagrams, blueprints, and signal flow charts for setup.
• Provide on-site studio support for campus productions.
• Assist in weekly studio equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and returns.
• Maintain tickets and SLA updates.
• Manage calendars and coordinate with Field Service Techs.
• Assist with budgets and expense monitoring.
• Protect confidential information and company value.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with creative and training teams.
