Job summary

Little seeks a Studio Principal to lead its Community Studio in Charleston, SC. You will guide projects in K-12, Higher Education, Recreation and Civic work, shaping strategy and client outcomes with a collaborative approach.

You will manage a team of architects, advance business development relationships, and work with the Office President and Practice Leader to grow the studio into a regional powerhouse while maintaining the firm’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect credential is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Community architecture & design.
• Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
• Experience leading a team of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Studio in Charleston, SC as Studio Principal.
• Direct involvement with clients and their goals from the start.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plan to grow the Studio and client mix.
• Oversee a team of architects working on clinical projects with autonomy and responsibility.
