Job summary

Little is seeking a passionate and highly capable Community Studio Principal for our Southern California office. You will lead a team of designers who specialize in the design and construction of Community projects, working directly with clients to provide thought leadership and guidance.

You will mentor staff, develop new business opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold financial discipline while expanding the practice across the firm.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered architect.
• Experience leading community-based design projects.
• Ability to mentor and grow design teams.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Leadership and strategic thinking for project delivery.
