Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales or operational management within fitness or related industries.
• Ability to lead and develop a Front Desk team and drive member-centric service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Wamiliarity with sales targets, marketing collaboration, and daily operational routines.

Responsibilities
