Job summary

TRUFUSION DENVER, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Lead at our Denver studio. The role is hourly, non-exempt, reporting to the General Manager - Studio, with compensation of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

You will supervise front desk staff, support sales activities, and ensure smooth studio operations. Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions about classes and memberships, processing check-ins, and promoting services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of previous customer service experience in sales, reception, and hospitality.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about classes, schedules, memberships, and studio amenities.
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with member check-ins and registration in the system.
• Promote memberships, class packages, and retail products.
• Process payments and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Lead the front desk staff and coordinate tasks in the absence of management.
• Utilize MindBody and Sling for member accounts, POS, and timekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Follow policies and procedures, including attendance and conduct.
