Job summary

SweatHouz is seeking a dynamic studio sales manager to promote the SweatHouz brand, drive membership sales with the Studio Manager, and deliver exceptional hospitality to clients.

You will train and coach staff, maintain studio operations, and build community partnerships while upholding brand values and a non-traditional schedule. Experience in service industry and MindBody preferred; college degree and 1+ year management desirable.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher required.
• 1 year+ management experience, preferably in spa/salon/fitness.
• 3-5 years in membership sales and customer service.
• Strong leadership with coaching/mentoring examples.
• A love for customer service and making people happy.
• Experience with MindBody or similar CRM/POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Passion for SweatHouz brand and non-traditional schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and exude SweatHouz Brand principles in everything you do.
• Sell memberships alongside the Studio Manager and your team to achieve studio goals.
• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to SweatHouz clients.
• Drive guest experience and retention to encourage first-time visits and loyalty.
• Train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate studio staff.
• Maintain SweatHouz culture and community.
• Work with staff on SOPs to support rapid growth objectives.
• Develop partnerships in the community to raise awareness.
• Clean sauna suites and laundry, maintain a clean studio front/back of house.
• Exhibit leadership by mentoring sales associates and ensuring service excellence.
• Support studio-level purchasing, receiving, and supply inventory.
