OVME Aesthetics in Franklin, TN is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and client service across the Studio. You will drive smooth workflows, manage scheduling, inventory, and cooperate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional aesthetic services.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Studio, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
• Supervise and guide the Studio staff, including aesthetic practitioners, medical aestheticians, medical assistants, and front desk personnel.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on activities, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards for high-quality service.
• Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Maintain inventory levels of medical and aesthetic supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with the clinical team for seamless operations between clinical and admin.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings.
• Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with high service levels.
• Oversee marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and licensing regulations.
