Job summary

OVME Franklin is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the operations and administration of the Franklin Studio. You will manage daily activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a smooth workflow within the location.

Lead the studio team, including aesthetic practitioners and front desk staff, coordinate scheduling, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-oriented environment.
• Experience managing studio staff and scheduling.
• Must be able to work 1–2 Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Studio for efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and guide Studio staff including practitioners and front desk.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports on performance and operations.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling to maximize productivity and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Manage inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies and equipment.
• Facilitate communication between clinical and administrative teams.
