Atlanta Hawks is seeking a Manager, Hawks Studios Operations to lead the Operations department and enable our creative teams to excel. The role focuses on building structure, systems, and energy that empower the Hawks Studios to deliver high-impact content.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and strategic, with deep knowledge of creative operations and the ability to manage complex workflows, resources, and budgets across agency or in-house teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative operations in an agency, production, or in-house setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple projects.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building with Marketing, Legal, Partnerships.
• Proactive leader who can balance outside requests with new content.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hawks Studios Operations & Strategy – define and oversee the operating model with leaders; set priorities, processes, goals, milestones.
• Drive workflow, planning & operational excellence – oversee calendars, project systems, vendors, and resources; protect time for innovation.
• Manage business operations & key initiatives – partner on budget, annual planning, technology roadmaps, vendor relations, and special projects.
• Build partnerships & champion the creative culture – foster relationships across teams and external partners; energize the creative team.
