Job summary
Atlanta Hawks Live Entertainment & Production is seeking a full-time Entertainment Teams Coordinator for the 2026–2027 season to support the Atlanta Hawks Dance Team and overall game day entertainment operations. This role involves leading rehearsals, managing performance readiness, and ensuring seamless execution on game days with credentialing and music coordination.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in entertainment, sports, live events, or dance team coordination.
- Experience supporting rehearsals, talent coordination, or live event execution.
- Familiarity with in-arena or live production environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead dance team rehearsals and oversee performance readiness.
- Coordinate game-day schedule, run-of-show, and access for talent.
- Collaborate with Game Presentation, Production, and Entertainment teams.
- Manage music coordination and distribution for performances and events.
- Assist with auditions, events, and general administrative tasks.
