Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Experience Coordinator in Minnetonka, MN to support world-class studio operations and ensure health and safety standards. You will collaborate with the Studio Manager on membership growth, retail goals, and community outreach while coordinating front desk guidance, scheduling, and staff support.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
• Familiarity and comfort with HRIS, intranet, point-of-sale, scheduling, and payroll systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio operations and maintain health and safety standards
• Work alongside the Studio Manager to achieve company and studio-level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
• Coordinate studio presence, front desk guidance, team support, student engagement, and studio supplies
• Act as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is absent
• Execute health, safety, cleanliness, Smart Health Protocol, and studio functionality standards
• Clean the studio, stock amenities, and ensure cleanliness protocols are followed
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, support, and discipline or terminate Studio Experience Team employees as needed
• Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members
• Coordinate POS, online reservation, subbing, HRIS, help desk, facilities-ticket, and other studio operational systems
• Support and coordinate the teaching schedule
• Teach at least 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub additional classes as needed if qualified
