Job summary

Apple Services is seeking a highly organized Studio Manager to join the Services Employee Engagement team. The role supports internal events with preproduction planning and live production execution, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class experiences for employees.

The Studio Manager will supervise external vendors, manage day-to-day studio operations, and collaborate with internal teams in pre and post production.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in live events, studios, and production.
• Proven track record in end-to-end studio production with hands-on video work.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing timelines.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Onsite availability; some nights and weekends as needed.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and on-site direction.
• Lead production scheduling, vendor coordination, and set builds.
• Develop workflows for capture, post-production, archiving, and delivery.
• Manage CMS, asset handling, and content delivery pipelines.
• Train supplemental roles and ensure role-specific guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors.
• Produce operational documentation and performance reports.
• Direct talent on set, manage scripts and teleprompter.
