Fashion Nova in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Content Stylist to translate creative concepts into fresh, visually compelling fashion stories that resonate with our social audience. You will partner with Content Creators to develop looks that live across multiple personas and concepts, while maintaining brand identity and high production standards.

The role requires a strong fashion POV, trend awareness, and the ability to manage deck-based prep and on-set styling in a fast-paced shoot

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Fashion Stylist in a fast-paced content, social, fashion, or brand environment.
• Strong understanding of current fashion, social media, and cultural trends.
• Ability to translate concepts into distinct visual identities and personas.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage detailed, deck-based styling preparation and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute styling for content shoots, ensuring looks are conceptually strong and aligned with the creative direction.
• Translate creative concepts and personas into distinct, cohesive fashion stories through styling.
• Collaborate with Content Creators to bring concepts to life and make real-time styling decisions on set.
• Meet daily productivity and KPI expectations.
• Oversee styling from preparation through shoot execution and ensure all looks and samples are prepared.
• Maintain an organized styling workflow across studio spaces and racks.
