Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of people management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• 2 years of experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, or athletic training preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, recruiting, and mentoring of staff.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure classes run smoothly.
• Execute local marketing initiatives to increase membership.
• Monitor studio revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
