Third is seeking a Studio & Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our Culver City office and livestream studios. This on-site role combines hospitality, inventory, and facilities coordination to keep the space running smoothly for clients and the team.

You’ll greet visitors, manage shipments and samples, coordinate on-site logistics for meetings and events, and support the employee experience and studio production workflow with initiative and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office management or studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring office needs including snacks, beverages, water service, meals, office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
