Job summary

Bodybar Pilates in Fort Worth seeks a Studio Manager who is a passionate sales leader focused on membership growth. You will drive end-to-end sales, handle daily inbound leads from digital marketing, and spearhead outreach to convert prospects into members.

You will recruit, train, and coach a sales team, set activity targets, manage CRM workflows, and represent the brand at local events. Prior fitness/membership sales is a strong plus; base salary plus uncapped commissions apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
• Fitness/wellness membership sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools and sales automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process from inbound leads to membership conversion.
• Recruit, train, and develop a Sales Associate team.
• Set daily/weekly call targets and monitor performance.
• Manage CRM workflows and lead automation.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events to generate leads.
