Orangetheory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching is seeking a passionate and motivated Studio Manager to oversee front of house operations and lead a team dedicated to providing a world-class fitness experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience, a strong sales leadership background, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
Previous sales leadership and customer service experience required.
CPR/AED certification needed within the first 90 days.

Lead and develop the sales team to meet performance indicators.
Ensure the highest level of customer service among team members.
