Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, expertise in sales leadership, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Experience in a quota bearing structure preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new hires.
• Train and develop sales staff.
• Manage sales staff workflow.
• Drive sales contests and incentive programs.
• Ensure high customer service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with management on social media initiatives.
